Potatoes, peeled and diced
-into 1" chunks

Olive oil

Paprika

Crushed rosemary

Minced garlic

Procedures:

Toss diced potatoes with olive oil, paprika, garlic and half the rosemary.

Place potatoes on a heavy baking tray, sprinkle with remaining rosemary and ?t salt.

Roast at 400 deg f for 1 ?hours, turning often.

Serve as garnish for roasts.
