| 1 | Crush 2/3 of a package of oreo cookies and mix with ?stick of melted butter. |
| 2 | Press into bottom of a 9x13 inch pan, reserving ?cup of mixture to use on topping. |
| 3 | Combine both puddings with 3 ?cups of milk and mix on high speed for 2 minutes. |
| 4 | Add 8 ounces of philadelphia cream cheese and 1 medium size container of cool whip. |
| 5 | Mix thoroughly with hand mixer. |
| 6 | Pour over oreo cookie crust. |
| 7 | Sprinkle with remaining oreo cookie crumbs. |
| 8 | Refrigerate several hours before serving. |
