Ingredients:

| pinch | Ground cinnamon and nutmeg | | 2
| cup | Fresh whole kernel corn (4 | | | -med ears) | | 1
| cup | Light cream | | 1
| cup | Milk |

Procedures:
| 1 | In a mixing bowl, beat egg yolks until thick and lemon-colored, 5-8 minutes. | | 2 | Add butter, sugars, salt, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg; mix well. | | 3 | Add corn. | | 4 | Stir in cream and milk. | | 5 | Beat egg whites until stiff; fold into yolk mixture. | | 6 | Pour into a greased 1 ?qt baking dish. | | 7 | Bake, uncovered, at 350°F for 35 mintues or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. | | 8 | Cover loosely during last 10 minutes of baking if necessary to prevent over browning |
