Rich duchess potatoes (uses potato puree)

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cupPOTATO PUREE
1/4 cupEGG BEATERS
2 tbspBUTTER
1 tspDRIED OREGANO
1 dashSALT AND WHITE PEPPER
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 400 deg f.
2Grease and flour a large baking sheet.
3In a large mixer bowl, beat potato puree, butter, egg beaters, oregano and salt and pepper, until smooth and creamy.
4Beat for about 2 to 3 minutes.
5Spoon mixture into pastry bag.
6Pipe onto baking sheet in 2 "s" shapes stacked on top of one another.
7Bake for 15 minutes or until heated through and browned.
8Makes 6 serving, each 94 calories, 2 g protien, 4 g fat, 51 mg chol.
