| cup | EGG BEATERS | | 2
| tbsp | BUTTER | | 1
| tsp | DRIED OREGANO | | 1
| dash | SALT AND WHITE PEPPER |

Procedures:
| 1 | Preheat oven to 400 deg f. | | 2 | Grease and flour a large baking sheet. | | 3 | In a large mixer bowl, beat potato puree, butter, egg beaters, oregano and salt and pepper, until smooth and creamy. | | 4 | Beat for about 2 to 3 minutes. | | 5 | Spoon mixture into pastry bag. | | 6 | Pipe onto baking sheet in 2 "s" shapes stacked on top of one another. | | 7 | Bake for 15 minutes or until heated through and browned. | | 8 | Makes 6 serving, each 94 calories, 2 g protien, 4 g fat, 51 mg chol. |
