Ingredients:
2 clGarlic, minced
1/8 tspCayenne
1/8 tspChili powder
2 cupBrown rice, cooked
1 cupHam, cooked and diced
1/3 cupOnion, diced
1/8 tspCumin
2 tspTabasco sauce
2 cupRed beans, cooked
Procedures:
1In a large pan, saute garlic and onion with seasonings.
2Add rice, beans and ham; cook over medium heat.
3Stir in approximately ?cup water or liquid from beans.
4Cook until heated through.
