| 1 | Preheat oven to 400. |
| 2 | Peel and slice onions. |
| 3 | Peel and slice potatoes. |
| 4 | Cover with hot water and add 2 tsp salt. |
| 5 | Bring to boil and cook 5 minutes. |
| 6 | Drain and put in a greased casserole. |
| 7 | Mix marg and flour in microwave safe glass measuring cup. |
| 8 | Microwave 1 minute. |
| 9 | Add milk slowly whisking to keep lumps from forming. |
| 10 | Add 1 ts salt, pepper and paprika. |
| 11 | Microwave stirring occasionally til cooked. |
| 12 | Makes fairly loose sauce. |
| 13 | Pour over potato/onion mixture in casserole and bake for 35 minutes. |
