Quick scalloped potatoes

Ingredients:
5 medPotatoes
2 medOnions
3 tspSalt
3 tbspFlour
3 tbspMarg
2 1/2 cupMilk
1/8 tspPepper
1/8 tspPaprika
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 400.
2Peel and slice onions.
3Peel and slice potatoes.
4Cover with hot water and add 2 tsp salt.
5Bring to boil and cook 5 minutes.
6Drain and put in a greased casserole.
7Mix marg and flour in microwave safe glass measuring cup.
8Microwave 1 minute.
9Add milk slowly whisking to keep lumps from forming.
10Add 1 ts salt, pepper and paprika.
11Microwave stirring occasionally til cooked.
12Makes fairly loose sauce.
13Pour over potato/onion mixture in casserole and bake for 35 minutes.
