Ingredients:
1 tbspGROUND GINGER
1 tbspSOY SAUCE
1 tspGARLIC POWDER
1/8 tspGROUND RED PEPPER
1 1/4 lbsSIRLOIN STEAK
3 1/2 ozBOIL IN BAG RICE
1 xGREEN ONION, SLICED THIN
2 tbspSLIVERED ALMONDS, TOASTED
Procedures:
1Preheat broiler.
2In a cup, combine ginger, soy sauce, garlic and red pepper; reserve one tsp. rub half the mixture over each side of the steak.
3Place steak on broiler pan rack and place in oven 4 inches from heat.
4Broil for about 15 to 17 minutes, turning once.
5Meanwhile prepare rice according to package directions.
6In medium sized bowl gently toss cooked rice in the reserved soy sauce, green onion and toasted almonds.
7Slice the steak across the grain into thin slices.
8Serve with seasoned rice
