Ingredients:
3 medCooking apples
1 Orange
1 ozMargarine or butter
2 tbspSugar
6 tbspOats (uncooked
-flake oatmeal)
Procedures:
1Grate the apple (including the skin, but not the core) and the skin of the orange into an ovenproof dish.
2Mix in the juice of the orange and half the sugar.
3melt the margarine in a saucepan over a low heat and mix in the oats and the rest of the sugar.
4Stir until thoroughly coated.
5Spread over the top of the apple mixture.
6Stand for one hour before cooking for 20-30 minutes at 375 °F.
