Ingredients:
6 sliceDay-old bread, cut ?inch
-cubes
1 cupHot water
1 cupPacked brown sugar
4 Eggs, lightly beaten
2 cupWarm milk
1/2 cupSugar
1/2 tspVanilla extract
1/2 tspGround cinnamon
1/8 tspSalt
Procedures:
1Place bread in a greased 2-qt baking dish.
2Combine water and brown sugar; pour over bread.
3Combine remaining ingredients; pour over bread.
4Bake at 350°F for 50-60 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
5Serve warm or cold
