Ingredients:
1 cupBrown sugar
2 Eggs (separated)
2 cupMilk
2 tbspFlour, plain
2 tbspButter
1/4 cupSugar, white
Procedures:
1Mix flour and brown sugar, adding beaten egg yolks and milk gradually.
2Put on to boil and thicken, stir constantly.
3Take off heat.
4Add butter and mix well.
5Pour into buttered pie dish.
6beat egg whites with white sugar until meringue consistency and pile on top.
7Bake in a pre-heated oven at 340 °F.
8Until meringue is nicely brown.

10* butterscotch pudding with a meringue top -- a delicious dessert for the sugar addict.
11It goes well with apricot chicken.
