Ingredients:

| cup | Finely chopped Green Pepper | | 1/8

| lbs | Ground Turkey or Lean Beef | | 1/4
| cup | Fine dry bread Crumbs | | 1/4
| cup | Finely chopped Onion | | 1/2

| tbsp | Grated Parmesan Cheese | | 1
| x | Med Tomato, sliced |

Procedures:
