Ingredients:
1 xEgg White
1/4 cupFinely shredded Carrot
1/4 cupFinely chopped Green Pepper
1/8 tbspPepper
1 lbsGround Turkey or Lean Beef
1/4 cupFine dry bread Crumbs
1/4 cupFinely chopped Onion
1/2 tbspSalt
2 tbspGrated Parmesan Cheese
1 xMed Tomato, sliced
Procedures:
1In a large bowl combine egg white and bread crumbs.(if using beef, stir in 2 t water) stir in carrot, onion, green pepper, salt, and pepper.
2Add parmesan cheese and ground meat; mix well.
3Shape meat mixture into four ? thick patties.
4Spray a cold grill rack with pam.
5Then place rack on grill.
6Grill burgers on an uncovered grill directly over medium coals for 7 minutes.
7Turn and grill 8-11 minutes or till no pink remains.
8Place 1 tomato slice atop each burger and grill 1 minute more.
