Ingredients:
1 Egg
1 Envelope unflavored gelatin
1 tbspCornstarch
1 tbspCold water
1 cupBoiling water
2 tbspInstant coffee granules
1/2 cupPart skin ricotta cheese
1/2 cupSkin milk, cold
2 tbspCocoa
1/8 tspSalt
9 packDry artificial sweetener
Procedures:
1Combine egg, gelatin, cornstarch and cold water in blender or food processor.
2Blend to moisten gelatin and cornstarch.
3Add boiling water; blend until gelatin dissolves.
4Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
5Chill until set.
6To serve: blend mixture until smooth and pour into dessert dishes.
7Serve immediately.
