Ingredients:
1 lbsSm fresh mushrooms
1/4 cupOil
3 tbspLemon Juice
1 Clove garlic, halved
1/2 tspSalt
Pn Pepper
Pn Oregano
2 Bay leaves
Procedures:
1Remove stems from mushrooms.
2Wipe caps dry with paper towels.
3Place caps in jar.
4Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan.
5Heat & pour over mushrooms.
6When cool, cover and refrigerate for at least 2 days.
7Shake occasionally (gently).
8Pour off any liquid and serve with toothpicks.
