| 1 | Remove stems from mushrooms. |
| 2 | Wipe caps dry with paper towels. |
| 3 | Place caps in jar. |
| 4 | Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan. |
| 5 | Heat & pour over mushrooms. |
| 6 | When cool, cover and refrigerate for at least 2 days. |
| 7 | Shake occasionally (gently). |
| 8 | Pour off any liquid and serve with toothpicks. |
