Ingredients:
1 tspSlightly crushed dill seed
1/4 cupCider vinegar
1 tspSalt
1 tspSugar
1 Dash of hot pepper sauce
1 cupWater
2 cupRaw vegetablesc cut up*
2 tbspFinely chopped pimento
Procedures:
1*can be cauliflorlets, radish slices, carrot curls, green pepper chunks etc.
2Combine first 6 ingredients in sauce pan.
3Bring to boil.
4Pour over vegetables.
5Cool, add pimento, chill about 24 hours.
6Drain, store covered in refrigerator.
