6 tbspPARKAY margerine
8 ozPhiladelphia Brand Cream
-Cheese [softened]
1/2 cupKraft Natural blue cheese
-[crumbled]
2 tbspOnions [chopped]
Procedures:
1Remove mushroom stems and chop of them to measure ?cup...
2Cook half of the mushroom caps in 3 tb of margarine over medium heat for 5 min., and then drain...
3Repeate with remaining mushrooms & margarine...
4Combine cream cheese, blue cheese, mixing well until blended...
5Stir in chopped stems and onions, then fill mushroom caps...
6Place on cookie sheet and broil until golden brown...
