Ingredients:
1 tbspOlive oil
1 Garlic clove, large, minced
1 packPeas, petite, frozen(16 oz)
1/2 tbspThyme, dried
2 cupRomaine lettuce, chopped
Seasoned salt
Pepper, freshly ground
Procedures:
1Heat oil, garlic and peas in a skillet.
2Add thyme and lettuce.?Mix well, then cover and steam over low heat for 5 minutes.
3Peas should be bright but tender and lettuce should be wilted.
4Add seasoned salt and pepper to taste.
