Ingredients:
3 Ripe bananas
1 packUnflavored gelatin
1/4 cupCold water
2 tbspSugar
1 tbspLemon juice
2 ozCranberry liqueur
1/2 pintCream, whipped
Procedures:
1Peel and slice bananas.
2Dissolve gelatin in cold water.
3Combine sliced bananas, gelatin, sugar, lemon juice and cranberry liqueur, blend in blender until smooth.
4Partially freeze mixture.
5Fold in whipped cream and freeze.
6Serves 6 to 8
