Pesto chantilly topping

Ingredients:
1/2 cupFresh basil -- chopped
1 tbspGarlic -- finely choped
About 3 cloves
1/4 cupPine nuts or pistachios
1/3 cupParmesan cheese - grated
1/2 tspSalt
1 1/2 cupWhipping cream
Procedures:
1Puree in food processor or chop finely together the basil, garlic, nuts and cheese.
2Add the salt and blend.
3Whip the cream until stiff and add the basil mixture, stirring until well-blended.
4Taste and add more salt if needed.
5Serve a dollop of the cream on top of poached or steamed baby vegetables.
6Also nice as a soup garnish or to fill hollowed-out tomatoes.
7Makes 2 cups.
