| | Spaghetti sauce with meat>>> | | | 15 ?oz. jar. | | 1
| can | Corn, whole kernel, drained | | 1
| pack | Pepperoni, sliced, 4oz. | | 1/2
| cup | Cheese, mozzarella or>>>>> | | | Cheddar, shredded. |

Procedures:
| 1 | Wash potatoes; pat dry with paper towels. | | 2 | Prick several times with a fork; arrange on a microwave-safe plate. | | 3 | Cook, uncovered, on high for 14 to 17 minutes, or until potatoes are almost tender, rearranging once during cooking. | | 4 | Let stand for 5 minutes. | | 5 | meanwhile, for sauce in a 2 quart microwave-safe casserole stir together spaghetti sauce, corn and pepperoni. | | 6 | Cook, uncovered, on high for 3 to 5 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally. | | 7 | To serve, cut a deep slit in the top of each potato. | | 8 | Top with sauce and cheese. | | 9 | yield: 4 main-dish servings |
