Ingredients:
4 Potatoes, baking, medium
1 Spaghetti sauce with meat>>>
15 ?oz. jar.
1 canCorn, whole kernel, drained
1 packPepperoni, sliced, 4oz.
1/2 cupCheese, mozzarella or>>>>>
Cheddar, shredded.
Procedures:
1Wash potatoes; pat dry with paper towels.
2Prick several times with a fork; arrange on a microwave-safe plate.
3Cook, uncovered, on high for 14 to 17 minutes, or until potatoes are almost tender, rearranging once during cooking.
4Let stand for 5 minutes.
5meanwhile, for sauce in a 2 quart microwave-safe casserole stir together spaghetti sauce, corn and pepperoni.
6Cook, uncovered, on high for 3 to 5 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
7To serve, cut a deep slit in the top of each potato.
8Top with sauce and cheese.
