Ingredients:
1 canGreen peas, drained, save
The juice
1 canMushrooms
2 Pimientos, chopped
1/2 cupMilk
Juice from the peas
4 tbspFlour
4 tbspMargarine
1/4 tspSalt
1/4 tspSugar
2 Eggs, hard cooked, sliced
1 canFrench Fried onion rings
Procedures:
1Combine peas, mushrooms, and pimientos.
2Mix together milk, juice from peas, flour, butter, salt and sugar.
3Heat to make sauce.
4Add sliced eggs and pour over peas.
5Mix well.
6Top with onion rings and bake 20 minutes at 300 degrees.
