| | Pimientos, chopped | | 1/2
| cup | Milk | | | Juice from the peas | | 4
| tbsp | Flour | | 4
| tbsp | Margarine | | 1/4
| tsp | Salt | | 1/4
| tsp | Sugar | | 2
| | Eggs, hard cooked, sliced | | 1
| can | French Fried onion rings |

Procedures:
| 1 | Combine peas, mushrooms, and pimientos. | | 2 | Mix together milk, juice from peas, flour, butter, salt and sugar. | | 3 | Heat to make sauce. | | 4 | Add sliced eggs and pour over peas. | | 5 | Mix well. | | 6 | Top with onion rings and bake 20 minutes at 300 degrees. | | 7 | Randy rigg |
