Ingredients:
1 lbsDitallini pasta, (salad
-macaroni)
1/4 cupOlive oil
1 clGarlic, minced
2 largeGreen peppers, chopped
1 cupOnions, chopped
1 cupCelery, chopped
1/2 tspSalt, (optional)
1 tspBlack pepper
Sprinkle of parsley
1 28 oz. can tomato puree
1 canWater, use puree can
2 canCannelini beans, (white -
-med. size c
Salt to taste, (optional)

2While pasta is cooking, heat oil in a large saucepan.
3Add garlic, green pepper, onion and celery.
4Saute until soft or tender.
5Add puree with 1 can water, then add seasoning.
6Cook on low for ?hour.
7Add beans and stir.
8Drain pasta in a colander and add bean mixture.
9Toss well.
