Ingredients:

| cup | Green Onions/Tops, Sliced | | 32
| oz | Pinto Beans, * | | 1
| cup | Tomato, Chopped, 1 Lg. | | 1/2
| lbs | Chorizo Sausage, Bulk | | 3
| | Poblano Chiles, Roasted, ** | | 1/4
| tsp | Salt |

Procedures:
| 1 | * use 2 16-oz cans of pinto beans. | | 2 | Drain one and leave one undrained. | | 3 | ** use small poblano chiles and refer to sowest 1 on how to roast, and seed them. | | 4 | Chop them into small pieces when you are done roasting them. | | 5 | Heat the oven to 350 °F. | | 6 | Cook and stir the onions and sausage together until the sausage is done. | | 7 | Drain of excess fat. | | 8 | Mix the sausage mixture and remaining ingredients in an ungreased 2-quart casserole. | | 9 | Bake uncovered until hot and bubbly. serve |
