Ingredients:

| cup | Cherry tomatoes -- red | | | And/or yellow | | | (about 1 pound) | | 1/4
| cup | Diced red onion | | 1
| | Cclove garlic -- crushed | | 2
| tsp | Basil | | | Salt and pepper -- to taste | | 2
| tsp | Olive oil | | 2
| tsp | Red wine vinegar | | 1
| tbsp | Parsley |

Procedures:
