Ingredients:
8 ozOrzo (1-?cup)
1 tbspVegetable oil
3 tbspChopped parsley
1/2 tspSalt
Procedures:
1Bring large pot of water to boiling.
2Add orzo, stirring constantly, until boiling resumes.
3Cook 8 to 10 minutes until tender, but firm to the bite, stirring often.
4Drain.
5Return to pot.
6Stir in oil, parsley, and salt.
