Ingredients:

| | Medium onions | | 2
| | Eggs, beaten | | 1
| tbsp | Butter | | 1
| cup | Milk | | 1
| tsp | Salt | | 1/2
| tsp | Black pepper | | | Bread crumbs |

Procedures:
| 1 | Boil onions until tender, drain well, mash with fork. | | 2 | Add butter while onions are still hot. | | 3 | Add milk, beaten eggs, salt and pepper and mix well. | | 4 | Put in greased baking dish, cover lightly with bread crumbs, dot with butter. | | 5 | Bake 30-40 minutes in moderate oven |
