Ingredients:

| lbs | Beef fillet(500g) | | 1/2
| tsp | Black pepper | | 3
| tbsp | Oil | | 2
| tbsp | Vinegar | | 1
| | Watercress (as required) | | 5
| | Cloves garlic crushed | | 1 1/2
| tsp | Granulated sugar | | 1
| | Large onion | | 2
| tbsp | Salad oil |

Procedures:
| 1 | Cut meat into ? cubes. | | 2 | Mixwith 2 cloves garlic, ?tsp pepper,?tsp sugar and 1 tbsp oil. | | 3 | Let meat stand in marinade for 1 hour. | | 4 | Cut onion lengthwise into very thin strips. | | 5 | Marinate onion in vinegar, ?tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, ?tsp pepper and 2 tbsp oil. | | 6 | Rinse watercress, drain well and arrange on a platter. | | 7 | Heat 2 tbsp oil over high heat. | | 8 | Add a pinch of sugar and the remaining garlic. | | 9 | Fry until fragrant. | | 10 | Add meat and stir fry for 2 minutes, until just cooked. | | 11 | Top watercress with meat, then onion mixture |
