Ingredients:
4 largeLegs, chicken, whole
-- (thigh/drumstick)
-- skinned, fat trimmed
1/2 tspSalt
1/4 tspPepper
6 tbspJuice, orange
1 1/2 tspHoney
1 1/2 tspSauce, Worcestershire
1/2 tspMustard, dry
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 350°F.
2Place the chicken in a single layer in a baking pan.
3Sprinkle salt and pepper over the chicken.
4Bake for 25 minutes.
5In a small bowl, mix together the orange juice, honey, worcestershire sauce, and mustard.
6Spoon this sauce over the chicken.
7Bake, basting frequently, for 30 minutes more or until the chicken is brown and fork tender.
