Ingredients:
1 cupRolled oats
4 cupApple juice
1/4 cupTahini, optional
2 tspVanilla
2 tbspBrandy or dark rum
1 tbspMaple syrup, optional
Procedures:
1Combine oats, apple juice & tahini in a large pot.
2Bring to a boil, lower heat & simmer 20 minutes.
3Remove from heat.
4Add remaining ingredients & puree till smooth & creamy.
5Thin with more apple juice if necessary.
6Pour around baked apples stuffed with chestnuts, see recipe.
