Ingredients:
1/2 cupGround nuts
1 cupMashed potatoes
1/2 tbspSalt
1 tbspBrewer's yeast
1 cupBoiling water
1/2 cupOatmeal, dry
Procedures:
1Stir oats into water and cook until thick.
2Add to above and mix.
3Mix ?c whole wheat flour and ?cup brewer"s yeast for a breading meal.
4Dip patties into this mixture and fry until golden brown.
