Ingredients:

| each | Cucumber, Md | | 2
| tsp | Dried Dill, Crushed | | 3/4
| cup | Sour Cream | | 2
| tbsp | Fresh Dill, Chopped, OR | | 1/4
| tsp | White Pepper | | 1 1/2
| cup | Mayonnaise | | 1/4
| cup | Green Bell Pepper, Diced |

Procedures:
| 1 | Peel, seed and finely dice the cucumber. | | 2 | Using a colander, squeeze out any excess water from the cucumber chunks. | | 3 | Place in a bowl and blend will with the pepper and dill. | | 4 | Blend in the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. | | 5 | Cover and chill. | | 6 | Makes about 3 cups of dip. | | 7 | Suggested dippers: broccoli, cauliflower, radishes, carrots, onion crackers |
