Mushroom wild rice

Ingredients:
4 ozPackage wild rice
2 cupWater
1 tbspBeef-flavored bouillon gran.
1/2 lbsFresh mushrooms, sliced
1/4 cupButter, melted
1 tbspLemon juice
2 tbspMinced onion
1 tbspMinced fresh parsley
1/8 tbspGarlic powder
1/2 cupCoursley chopped pecans
Procedures:
1Wash rice in three changes of hot water, drain.
2Combine rice, 2 cups water, and bouillon granules in a medium saucepan; bring to boil.
3Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer 30-45 minutes or until rice is tender and water si absorbed.
4Saute mushrooms in butter and lemon juice until tender.
5Stir mushrooms in butter and lemon juice until tender.
6Stir mushrooms, onion, parsley, garlic powder, and pecans into rice.
