Ingredients:

| oz | Package wild rice | | 2
| cup | Water | | 1
| tbsp | Beef-flavored bouillon gran. | | 1/2
| lbs | Fresh mushrooms, sliced | | 1/4
| cup | Butter, melted | | 1
| tbsp | Lemon juice | | 2
| tbsp | Minced onion | | 1
| tbsp | Minced fresh parsley | | 1/8
| tbsp | Garlic powder | | 1/2
| cup | Coursley chopped pecans |

Procedures:
| 1 | Wash rice in three changes of hot water, drain. | | 2 | Combine rice, 2 cups water, and bouillon granules in a medium saucepan; bring to boil. | | 3 | Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer 30-45 minutes or until rice is tender and water si absorbed. | | 4 | Saute mushrooms in butter and lemon juice until tender. | | 5 | Stir mushrooms in butter and lemon juice until tender. | | 6 | Stir mushrooms, onion, parsley, garlic powder, and pecans into rice. |
