| | Green pepper | | 28
| oz | Tomato sauce | | 1
| tbsp | Salt | | 1/2
| cup | Brown sugar |

Procedures:
| 1 | Soak beans overnite. | | 2 | Cook soaked beans til tender. | | 3 | Chop vegetables. | | 4 | Simmer bacon, onion, pepper, and celery but do _not_ brown. | | 5 | Place all ingredients in a casserole or bean crock and bake at 300°F for 2-7 hours til done. |
