Ingredients:
1 tbspVegetable oil
1 tbspLemon juice
1 tbspWine vinegar
1/4 tspSalt
1/2 tspCoarsely ground pepper
1/2 tspDry Mustard
1/8 tspGarlic powder, or 1 cl garlic
1 To 2 tb dill pickle
-finely chopped
12 ozFresh mushrooms, sliced thin
-about 4 ?cups
6 Lettuce leaves
2 tbspSnipped fresh parsley
Procedures:
1Place all ingredients except mushrooms, lettuce, and parsley in a small jar.
2Cover the jar and shake it well.
3Drizzle dressing over mushrooms and toss mushrooms gently so that dressing thoroughly coats them.
4Serve on lettuce leaves and garnish with snipped parsley.
