Mushroom casserole

Ingredients:
2 lbsFresh mushrooms, sliced
1/4 cupBoiling water
5 Chicken bouillon cubes
2 -3 tbsp flour
2 tbspParmesan cheese
1 cupHeavy cream
1 tspBlack pepper
1/2 cupButter, melted
7 ozPkg Pepperage Farm stuffing

Procedures:
1Grease oblong baking dish; add mushrooms.
2In saucepan, dissolve bouillon in boiling water.
3Make paste of flour and small amount of water; add slowly to boullion; blend in parmesan cheese, cream and pepper.
4Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thick.
5Pour over mushrooms.
6Mix melted butter with stuffing mix and spread over mushrooms.
7Cover with foil.
8Bake at 350 °F for 35 minutes.
9Remove foil and cook 10 minutes more to brown slightly.
