Moroccan sweet rice with cinnamon

Ingredients:
1 1/3 cupUncooked regular rice
2 2/3 cupWater
1/2 tspSalt
1/4 cupMargarine or butter
1/4 cupPowdered sugar
Ground cinnamon
Procedures:
1Combine rice, water and salt to boiling in 3-quart saucepan, stirring once or twice.
2Reduce heat.
3Cover and simmer 14 minutes.
4(do not lift cover or stir).
5Remove from heat.
6Fluff rice lightly with fork.
7Cover and let steam 5 to 10 minutes.
8Stir in margarine and powdered sugar.
9Sprinkle with cinnamon.
10Serve warm.
