Ingredients:
1 lbsTofu
1 1/2 tbspLemon juice
1/4 tspSalt
1/4 cupHoney
1/4 cupVegetable oil
1 1/2 tspVanilla
1/2 cupSugar
1 Baked 9-inch graham cracker

Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 375 °F.
2Put tofu, lemon juice, salt, honey, vanilla, and sugar in food processor or blender and process until smooth and creamy.
3Pour mixture into a baked pie crust.
4Bake 40 minutes, cool, then chill.
