Ingredients:

| cup | Cooked rice | | 16
| oz | Tomato sauce | | 1/4
| cup | Brown sugar | | 1/4
| lbs | Ground pork | | 1/2
| tsp | Pepper | | 1
| | Onion, minced | | 12
| large | Cabbage leaves | | 1/4
| cup | Lemon juice or vinegar |

Procedures:
| 1 | Combine meat, salt, pepper, rice, onion and half tomato sauce. | | 2 | Cover cabbage leaves with boiling water for 4 minutes. | | 3 | Drain. | | 4 | Place portions of meat mixture in center of each cabbage leaf. | | 5 | Roll up, folding ends over. | | 6 | Place seam down in skillet. | | 7 | Mix remaining tomato sauce with brown sugar and lemon juice. | | 8 | Pour over rolls. | | 9 | Simmer covered, 1 to 1 ?hours. | | 10 | Baste often. |
