Minnesota cabbage rolls

Ingredients:
1 lbsGround beef
2 tspSalt
3/4 cupCooked rice
16 ozTomato sauce
1/4 cupBrown sugar
1/4 lbsGround pork
1/2 tspPepper
1 Onion, minced
12 largeCabbage leaves
1/4 cupLemon juice or vinegar
Procedures:
1Combine meat, salt, pepper, rice, onion and half tomato sauce.
2Cover cabbage leaves with boiling water for 4 minutes.
3Drain.
4Place portions of meat mixture in center of each cabbage leaf.
5Roll up, folding ends over.
6Place seam down in skillet.
7Mix remaining tomato sauce with brown sugar and lemon juice.
8Pour over rolls.
9Simmer covered, 1 to 1 ?hours.
10Baste often.
