Michelangelo's garlic spaghetti

Ingredients:
1 lbsSpaghetti
60 mlGarlic -- to 8
3 Olive oil -- or more
1/2 tspSalt
1/2 tspPepper
Chopped fresh parsle
Grated parmesan or
-- romano cheese
Procedures:
1Cook spaghetti in a large kettle of boiling, salted water.
2Drain pasta, reserving 4 tablespoons of cooking water.
3Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
4Add garlic and cook until golden.
5Add salt, pepper and parsley to taste.
6Stir drained spaghetti into pan with garlic mixture.
7On low heat, mix in reserved cooking liquid.
8Stir 3 to 4 minutes.
9Serve with grated cheese.
10makes 4 to 6 servings.
