| 1 | Pour 2 t. olive oil in bottom of 9x13 in pan. |
| 2 | Divide raw kibbee in half and press half into pan. |
| 3 | Cover with meat filling and press other half of kibbee on top. |
| 4 | Spread remaining olive oil on top. |
| 5 | Bake until deep brown at 375 degrees. |
| 6 | Meat filling: coarse grind 1lb. |
| 7 | Beef or lamb ( i prefer lamb for filling) brown pine nuts in butter and add onions until translucent. |
| 8 | Brown meat with pinch of cinnamon. |
| 9 | Combine with pine nuts and onions serve with plain yogurt. |
| 10 | Things i forget to tell you: just before kibbee is ready to go into oven, score the top layer(about ?inch deep) into 2 inch squares |
