Ingredients:
30 ozBRUSSELS SPROUTS
24 ozBABY CARROTS
16 ozFROZEN SMALL WHOLE ONIONS
8 ozROASTED WHOLE CHESTNUTS, PEEL
4/5 ozHOLLANDAISE SAUCE MIX, DRY
1/4 cupBUTTER
1 1/4 cupORANGE JUICE
Procedures:
1Trim and discard root end from carrots.
2Scrub well.
3Place srpouts, carrots and onions in a 2 ?quart casserole dish.
4Cover with vented plastic wrap.
5Mocrowave on high for 21 to 25 minutes.
6Stir often.
7Cook until vegetables are tender.
8Sprinkle with chestnuts.
9Let stand covered.
10Prepare sauce mix.
11Use ?cup butter and orange juice instead of milk.
12Drain vegetables and stir in prepared sauce.
13Prep time: 20 minutes, cook time: 25 minutes, ready to serve in 45 minutes.
