| tbsp | All-purpose flour | | 1/2
| tsp | Salt | | 1/2
| cup | (2 oz.) shredded reduced-fat | | 2
| tbsp | Reduced-calorie ketchup | | | -drained | | 1
| tbsp | Reduced-calorie margarine | | 1
| cup | Skim milk | | 1/8
| tsp | Pepper | | | -Cheddar cheese | | 2
| | (4 oz.) jars diced pimento | | | Vegetable cooking spray |

Procedures:
