Ingredients:
3 lbsPork loin roast, trim fat
1 lbsPinto beans
2 Garlic cloves, chopped
2 tbspChili powder
1 tbspCumin seed
1 tbspOregano
1 canGreen peeled chili peppers
3 tspSalt
Procedures:
1Put everything into a large pot.
2Cover with water.
3Cook covered over a low heat for 6 hours.
4Keep adding water to cover the meat.
5Remove meat, and cook without the meat until thickened.
6Shred meat and put back into the pot.
7Serve with fritos, grated cheese, chopped onions, lettuce, tomatoes, chopped avocado, and taco sauce
