Ingredients:
2 tbspButter
3 cupSliced leeks (8 whites only)
1 largeRed sweet pepper
1 canChicken broth 10 oz/284 ml
1/2 tspHot pepper flakes
Procedures:
1In a large skillet melt butter over medium heat and gently saute leeks and peppers, do not brown.
2Stir in chicken broth and peppers.
3Continue to simmer, stirring gently until liquid has evaporated and vegetables are soft.
4Serve hot.
