Ingredients:
2 packFrozen chopped spinach
4 tbspButter
2 tbspFlour
2 tbspChopped onion
1/2 cupEvap. milk
1/2 cupVeg. liquor
1/2 tspBlack pepper
3/4 tspCelery salt
3/4 tspGarlic salt
Salt to taste
6 ozRoll jalapena cheese
1 tspWorchestershire sauce
Red pepper to taste
Procedures:
1Cook spinach according to directions on package.
2Drain and reserve liquour.
3Melt butter.
4Add flour-stir to blended and smooth, but not brown.
5Add onion to cook until soft but not brown.
6Add liq.
7Slowly stirring constantly.
8Cook until smooth and thick.
9Add seasoning and cheese, cut into small pieces.
10Stir until melted.
11Combine with cooked spinach.
12May put in casserole with buttered bread crumbs.
