Jalapeno potatoes

Ingredients:
3 lbsRed potatoes (about 6)
1 Chopped bell pepper
2 ozSliced pimiento
1/2 tspSalt
1/2 tspPepper
2 tbspButter
1 tbspAll purpose flour
1 cupMilk
6 ozJalapeno or garlic cheese
Procedures:
1Cube cheese.
2Cook potatoes in boiling water to cover for 30 minutes or until tender.
3Drain and let cool.
4Peel potatoes; cut into ?inch slices.
5Layer potatoes and next 4 ingredients in a well greased 12 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish; set aside.
6Melt butter in a saucepan; add flour and cook 1 minute, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly.
7Add cheese; stir until melted and pour over potatoes.
8Cover with aluminum foil.
9Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes; uncover and bake 15 minutes.
10Remove from oven; let stand 5 minutes
