| 1 | Cube cheese. |
| 2 | Cook potatoes in boiling water to cover for 30 minutes or until tender. |
| 3 | Drain and let cool. |
| 4 | Peel potatoes; cut into ?inch slices. |
| 5 | Layer potatoes and next 4 ingredients in a well greased 12 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish; set aside. |
| 6 | Melt butter in a saucepan; add flour and cook 1 minute, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly. |
| 7 | Add cheese; stir until melted and pour over potatoes. |
| 8 | Cover with aluminum foil. |
| 9 | Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes; uncover and bake 15 minutes. |
| 10 | Remove from oven; let stand 5 minutes |
