Sesame-rice timbales:
2 tspDark sesame oil
2 tspPeeled minced gingerroot
1/4 tspCurry powder
1 clGarlic, minced
4 cupCooked basmati rice
2 tspSesame seeds, toasted
1/2 tspSalt

Procedures:
