Herb-roasted turkey breast

Ingredients:
1/2 tspDried rosemary leaves
-crushed
1/2 tspDried sage leaves
1/2 tspDried thyme leaves
1/2 tspDried marjoram leaves
1 (5 to 6-LB.) fresh or
-frozen whole turkey
-breast, thawed
1 medOnion, peeled, quartered
1 Garlic clove, peeled
Procedures:
1Heat oven to 325°F.
2In small bowl, combine rosemary, sage, thyme and marjoram.
3Pull skin away from turkey breast, leaving attached at neck.
4If necessary, use sharp knife to loosen connecting membrane.
5Rub herb mixture evenly over turkey breast.
6Replace skin over breast, tucking under bottom of breast.
7Place breast, skin side up, on rack in roasting pan.
8Place onion and garlic inside neck opening.
9Insert meat thermometer into thickest part of breast muscle so that tip does not touch bone.
10Bake uncovered at 3 25!f.
11For 1?to 2?hours or until internal temperature reaches 165 to 170°F.
12And juices run clear.
