Ingredients:

| lbs | Chuck Steak, 1 ? Thick | | | Olive Oil | | 1/4
| cup | Scallions, Finely Chopped | | 1/2
| cup | Soy Sauce | | 1/4
| cup | Catsup | | 1
| tbsp | Prepared Mustard | | 1
| tsp | Pepper, Freshly Ground |

Procedures:
| 1 | Place the steak in a dish and puncture with a fork in several places, then drizzle with the olive oil. | | 2 | In a small saucepan, combine 2 tb olive oil, the scallions, soy sauce, catsup, mustard, and pepper. | | 3 | Heat until well blend and it is just starting to boil. | | 4 | Meanwhile, grill the steak, 2 to 3 inches above hot coals, until browned on both sides, about 30 minutes for medium-rare. | | 5 | Place the steak on a serving platter and carve across the grain in ?inch slices. | | 6 | Serve 2 to 3 slices per person, with the sauce on the side |
