Chuck steak with deviled sauce

Ingredients:
2 1/2 lbsChuck Steak, 1 ? Thick
Olive Oil
1/4 cupScallions, Finely Chopped
1/2 cupSoy Sauce
1/4 cupCatsup
1 tbspPrepared Mustard
1 tspPepper, Freshly Ground
Procedures:
1Place the steak in a dish and puncture with a fork in several places, then drizzle with the olive oil.
2In a small saucepan, combine 2 tb olive oil, the scallions, soy sauce, catsup, mustard, and pepper.
3Heat until well blend and it is just starting to boil.
4Meanwhile, grill the steak, 2 to 3 inches above hot coals, until browned on both sides, about 30 minutes for medium-rare.
5Place the steak on a serving platter and carve across the grain in ?inch slices.
6Serve 2 to 3 slices per person, with the sauce on the side
