Ingredients:
2 tbspFlour
1/4 tbspEach ground sage and thyme
4 Skinless boneless chicken
* breasts
2 tbspButter
1 canCream of chicken soup
Procedures:
1On waxed paper, combine flour, sage and thyme.
2Coat chicken lightly with flour mixture.
3In skillet over medium-high heat, in hot butter, cook chicken until browned on both sides.
4Add soup and ?c water, stirring to loosen browned bits.
5Reduce heat to low.
6Cover and simmer 5 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink.
7serve over hot cooked rice.
