Ingredients:
1 pack(10-oz.) Frozen, cut
-broccoli or broccoli
-florets
2 ozLight processed cheese
1/4 cupWarm skim milk
1/2 tspBottled minced garlic
1/2 tspDried thyme
Procedures:
1Prepare broccoli according to package directions.
2Place hot, cooked broccoli in a blender or food processor fitted with a metal blade.
3Immediately add remaining ingredients.
